We collect information you provide, such as your email address, profile details, pool settings, team selections, and messages. We also collect basic device, usage, and referral information needed to operate, secure, and improve Clubpicks.

We use information to authenticate accounts, run pools and leagues, calculate standings, process purchases, deliver service messages, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and understand which product experiences are useful.

Clubpicks relies on trusted providers for infrastructure and product operations, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, PostHog for product analytics, and golf-data providers for tournament information. These providers process information only for the services they supply.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, preserve preferences, attribute referrals, and measure product usage. Your browser can limit cookies, though doing so may affect account and session features.

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers, when you choose to share it within a pool or league, when required by law, or when needed to protect users and Clubpicks. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or operational obligations.

You can update profile information from your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email mike@clubpicks.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
