The rules of the clubhouse: a clear summary of what you can expect from Clubpicks and what we ask from you.

Clubpicks provides tools for creating and participating in fantasy golf pools. You must provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Clubpicks is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. Commissioners are responsible for ensuring that their pool rules and any prizes comply with the laws that apply to their group.
Tournament data and live scores are provided for convenience. We work to keep them accurate and timely, but official tournament results control if a discrepancy occurs. Features may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, data-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
Paid pool access and Season Pass purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Prices and the features included with each purchase are shown before checkout. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or use Clubpicks to distribute unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the service.
Clubpicks is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Clubpicks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update these terms as the product evolves and will revise the date at the top of this page when we do.
